It's not often that you meet a couple with as deep of love as Rachel and Peter. To say they love each other is an understatement. When in their presence, you can feel their admiration for each other radiating. It calms the deepest nerves, eases any pain, and makes you want to love your significant other more deeply.
I got the pleasure of photographing Rachel and Peter's first look in the gorgeous gardens of Deepwood Estate in Salem the evening before their wedding. Late April is the most amazing time to visit Deepwood Estates, and we could tell not only from the flowers, but also from the number of prom couples visiting the grounds for pre-prom photos. We found a quiet and beautiful spot that was secluded enough for a private moment. With family standing nearby taking video, Rachel pulled the blindfold from Peter's eyes and his reaction was nothing short of amazing.
After a few minutes soaking each other in, we wandered around the estate grounds for bridal portraits. The world melted away as we got some wonderful portraits while not as stressed about the wedding festivities. Bridal sessions really give a unique set of time to capture some truly amazing images that would typically be rushed through on a wedding day.
Enough chatter, enjoy some photos from the happy couples beautiful first look and bridal session, and in a later post we will share their beautiful wedding day!
