I've got another glorious wedding for you guys today! The lovable couple consists of Rachel and Peter, or should I say Mr. and Mrs. Anderson.
The Andersons hired me a back in October, and I was thrilled to photograph their love story. Initially they had planned to marry at an LDS temple followed by a ring ceremony and reception at their local church in Salem, but that all changed when they decided to elope in February. Still, their reception in April was a blast with many folks dancing, great food, and tons of happiness to celebrate the happy union.
Let me tell you a story about how the couple met, because it’s a good one. Rachel had been invited to a Halloween party a couple of years ago, and Peter was invited to the same party. Reluctant to go, Peter attended and there they met. After a first dance that was nothing short of humorous (Peter dropped her when trying to dip), they were inseparable as there was an obvious connection. Fast forward, Peter proposed in front of the temple, which was one of the best moments of Rachel’s life (she told me herself). Now that’s a love story that will never be forgotten!
Their ring ceremony was beautiful, surrounded by family and friends from near and far. Splattered with challenges while planning, their reception came together beautifully. Many guests stood to toast the happy couple, remarking on the love they shared. It was a magical event to say the least.
But, enough words for now, lets get to the photos. I hope you enjoy!
